New FBA Circuit Court Committee Email
The FBA Circuit Court Committee wants to hear from you! An email has been established - email@example.com. Please feel free to email the Committee to address the following regarding Circuit Court procedure or practice: issues, comments, questions, proposals for improvement, or all of the above.
The Chair of the Committee, currently K. Leigh Taylor of The Susan Hicks Group PC, will be checking the email. If you would like your submission to be confidential or your identity to remain anonymous, please directly say so in your email. Otherwise, Ms. Taylor will assume it's non-confidential and share it with the Committee. This new email procedure is established to take the place of the prior practice, which involved sending a formal letter to the Chair to have any matter heard by the Committee. Hopefully this will make the Circuit Court Committee more accessible to you. The Committee will do its best to address anything you raise even if they cannot resolve the matter. The FBA Circuit Committee looks forward to hearing from you soon!
