Parental Alienation and Parental Alienation Syndrome in Custody Cases

the concept of parental alienation in custody cases, as well as case law regarding the admissibility of parental alienation syndrome (PAS).  She will propose an approach to use of alienation which minimizes the risk of its misuse to deny abuse.  This meeting has been approved for 1.0 CLE Credit.
