This is a "nuts and bolts" presentation of Landlord and Tenant Law, with special emphasis on local practice. The presentation includes experienced practitioners with backgrounds in both landlord and tenant issues, covering both substance and procedure, as well as a sitting Judge. This program is designed to provide opportunities for hands on pro bono work in conjunction with our partner, Legal Services of Northern Virginia, allowing the lawyer to gain valuable experience with the help of experienced staff. This 3 credit MCLE program is free to active members of the Virginia State Bar in exchange for pro bono service.
