John Kassabian is a partner at Kassabian & Kassabian, P.L.C., engaged in the general practice of law with an emphasis in criminal defense. He is the Fairfax City Prosecutor and since 2007, has regularly served as a substitute judge. John is a former Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Fairfax County and Prince William County. He serves on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Committee, the Virginia State Bar Special Committee on Lawyer Referral Service, the Fairfax Bar Association Board of Directors and the Circuit Court, General District Court and Juvenile Domestic Relations District Court Committees of the Fairfax Bar Association. John is the Ombudsman of the FBA General District Court Judicial Feedback Program and recipient of two FBA President’s Awards. John is a member of the George Mason American Inn of Court and a lifelong resident of Fairfax County.
