“Best Practice” for Criminal Motions with A/V Recordings

The Judges of the Circuit Court recommend as a “best practice” that counsel attach to a motion to suppress any audio or video recording necessary or helpful in resolving the motion.  Any objection to the Court considering the recording prior to the hearing should be clearly stated by counsel in the written submission filed with the Clerk.
