The collaboration includes support from the Circuit Court's Conciliation Program, the Fairfax Bar Association, the General District Court, and the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.</p><p style="color: #666666; font-family: Calibri, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">&nbsp;</p><p style="color: #666666; font-family: Calibri, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">It is a program whereby volunteer attorneys provide pro bono assistance at the Fairfax Courthouse Self-Help Resource Center, which is located within the Fairfax Public Law Library at the Fairfax County Courthouse. The program falls under Virginia Rule of Professional Conduct 6.5. There is no expectation of ongoing representation (unless the volunteer attorney wants to take on the case). The program is primarily geared towards addressing procedural due process issues and discrete, substantive issues only.</p>]]></description>
