The all-inclusive registration fee includes hotel fees and taxes for two nights’ accommodation in a Traditional Room beginning on September 30, 2016, with check out of October 2, 2016. A discounted overnight rate of $249++ will be available to our guests three days prior and three days after the scheduled convention, subject to availability. The FBA will make all hotel reservations for the convention. However, guests who wish to upgrade their rooms, or stay additional nights, will be fully responsible for paying the cost difference directly to the hotel.
