Sponsorship Opportunities & Vendor Expo

The FBA Annual Convention is an excellent opportunity to raise awareness and promote your organization’s brand. The FBA offers a wide range of opportunities which provide the ideal setting for showcasing your organization’s products and services. We have arranged an exhibit hall and scheduled a Vendor Expo for both Thursday and Friday of the Convention with an eye to optimizing attendee participation and interaction. In addition, special events and activities are being planned to help incentivize the attendees as well. Whether you choose to join us as a sponsor, exhibitor, or both, you can’t help but enjoy yourself in the Music City. We encourage you to consider the opportunity to schedule this as a weekend getaway (with or without the kids!). Regardless, we know you will have outstanding exposure, visibility and interaction with our Convention attendees and their guests. As you no doubt are already aware, the value of the personal contact and name recognition is incalculable. 

We are happy to consult with you to determine the sponsorship that works best for your company and your preferred level of support and recognition. In addition, we are willing to consider customizing alternative arrangements if you do not see particular options that suit your preferred participation level and encourage you to inquire as additional sponsorship opportunities are sure to come to light as planning for the Convention continues.

Welcome Reception Sponsor (Wednesday): $2,500

• Appropriate signage at the Welcome Reception identifying your company as the sponsor;
• Company logo with a hyperlink to your website on the FBA website;
• Opportunity to provide a small promotional item to be inserted in the attendee bags handed out at registration;
• Verbal acknowledgement of sponsor’s support throughout the convention;
• Access to names and addresses of convention attendees in mailing label format;
• One (1) exhibit booth at the convention

Martin's Bar-B-Que Luncheon Sponsor (Thursday): $2,500

• Company logo with a hyperlink to your website on the FBA website;

Breakfast Sponsor (Three Available): $1,500

• Opportunity to provide a small promotional item to be inserted in the attendee bags handed out at registration;

Coffee Break Sponsor (Two Available): $350

• Appropriate signage at the Coffee Break identifying your company as the sponsor;
• Recognition in the November/December issue of the FBA Journal, distribution rate 2,200;
• Recognition on FBA Website.

Convention App Sponsor: $1,000

• Company logo with a hyperlink to your website on the Guidebook app;
• 1 Social post promoting the app with a company call out
•  On-site signage encouraging attendees to download the app
• Opportunity to provide a small promotional item to be inserted in the attendee bags handed out at registration;

Wi-Fi Sponsor: $2,000

• Selection of Wi-Fi password – make it your company name
• Appropriate signage conference room identifying your company as the sponsor;
• Recognition in the November/December issue of the FBA Journal, distribution rate 2,200;
• Opportunity to provide a small promotional item to be inserted in the attendee bags handed out at registration;
• Recognition on FBA Website.

Vendor Expo Exhibit Booth (Two Days): $650 One Day; $1,000 Two Days

• 6-foot skirted table and two chairs (space is limited; additional or alternative arrangements only with the prior agreement of the FBA and the Resort, and subject to availability);
• One complimentary registration to all FBA events held during the conference;
• Excellent location in direct proximity to major events.

Swag Bag Item Drop: $250

• Opportunity to include a brochure, business card, etc., in the swag bag for event participants (must provide 80 items)
• Recognition on FBA Website.

Accommodations:

**15.25%  State and Local Tax and $2.50 Hotel Occupancy Tax will be added. Tax is current and subject to change.

Valet parking is provided onsite at a daily and overnight rate. 

Cancellation policy: Cancellation by program participants must be in writing and received by the FBA by Friday, September 14, 2018 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between September 15, 2018 and September 24, 2018 will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds or cancellations after registration closes on September 24, 2018.
