Circuit Court Committee - Facilitates communications and coordination between the Fairfax Circuit Court Bench and Bar; studies, collects information, and makes recommendations to the Bench & Clerk's office regarding the procedures and operations of the Circuit Court.
Continuing Legal Education Committee - Oversees the development and execution of the FBA's CLE program and ensures the availability of a wide variety of educational programs for members of the Bar.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee - The purpose of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee is to develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase diversity and provide access to justice in the Fairfax County legal community. General District Court Committee - Facilitates communications and coordination between the Fairfax General District Court Bench and Bar; studies, collects information, and makes recommendations to the Bench & Clerk's office regarding the procedures and operations of the General District Court. Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court Committee - Facilitates communications and coordination between the Fairfax J&DR District Court Bench and Bar; studies, collects information, and makes recommendations to the Bench & Clerk's office regarding the procedures and operations of the J&DR District Court.
Law Library Committee - Provides insight to the Fairfax Public Law Library with regards to collections, equipment purchases, and budget requirements
Law Related Education Committee - Promotes and organizes the Bar's efforts toward a better understanding of, and appreciation for, the rule of law in both youth and adults through Court Tours, the Devonshire Program, Chocolate Lovers Festival and more.
Lawyer Referral Service Committee - Enhances the referral service's ability to serve both the public and members. Develops marketing plans to improve referrals and oversees quality control of referral panels.
Legislative Committee - Monitors, reviews, suggests, and promotes legislation in the Virginia General Assembly of interest to the Membership.
Pro Bono Advisory Committee - Monitors and develops recommendations and programs to meet the legal needs of low income Fairfax County residents.
