A failure to classify workers correctly can lead to significant exposure, including, but not limited to, personal liability and attorney’s fees. This presentation will explore the July 2025 legislative update to Virginia’s non-compete law requiring the correct classification of workers as well as the Department of Labor’s recent guidance on classification, while providing practical tips for compliance.
