Pursuant to ยง17.1-207(3) of the Code of Virginia, as amended, Chief Judge Azcarate, finds that on Thursday, December 18, 2025 effective at 1:30 PM, an emergency situation exists under which the operation of the Fairfax Historic Courthouse poses a threat to the health and safety of members of the general public; it is therefore ORDERED that on Thursday, December 18, 2025, the Fairfax Historic Courthouse will be closed until further notice.
