The FBA offers various opportunities to market your business throughout the legal profession. With a membership consisting of over 2,300 legal professionals in the Northern Virginia area including attorneys, law students, paralegals, law office administrators, and the judiciary, the FBA serves as the largest local bar association in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Annually, we conduct over 50 programs which include membership luncheons, Continuing Legal Education seminars, Conventions, Spring Golf Tournament, Annual Bench Bar Dinner Dance, plus many more! In addition to event sponsorship, we offer advertising opportunities in the FBA Journal and through Affinity Partnerships.

Continuing Legal Education Seminars/Conventions
The FBA offers a variety of continuing legal education seminars (CLEs) for new attorneys and seasoned professionals. Wide varieties of topics are offered to keep the members updated on current law-related issues, as well as provide direction on operating a law office. Sponsorships are accepted for many of the more than 20 seminars held each year. Additionally, the FBA offers exciting education seminars at its alternating In and Out-of-Town Convention. Special Events
The FBA organizes a variety of professional, social, and charitable events in the Northern Virginia legal community for which sponsorship opportunities are available. These events include the Legislative Reception, Spring Golf Tournament, Young Lawyer and Paralegal Section events, and of course, our membership luncheons where you will hear from excellent speakers and enjoy a meal with old and new friends. Bench Bar Dinner Dance
With approximately 500 in attendance, the Bench Bar Dinner Dance is the signature annual event of the association. It is held each year on the first Saturday of March. Fairfax Law Foundation Events
The Fairfax Law Foundation (FLF), the charitable arm of the Fairfax Bar Association, is the focal point for all of our fundraising activities. The Foundation’s fundraising activities allow us to support and expand the provision of law-related charitable and educational programs and services in the Northern Virginia area. Our fundraising programs include the Law Day Weiner Roast, Run for Justice 5k, and the Adopt-a-School Program.
