2023 FBA Annual Convention
Sponsorship Opportunities
The FBA Annual Convention is an excellent opportunity to raise awareness and promote your organization’s brand. The FBA offers a wide range of opportunities which provide the ideal setting for showcasing your organization’s products and services. We have arranged some exciting sponsorship opportunities this year, with many great perks. In addition, special events and activities are being planned to help incentivize the attendees as well. We encourage you to consider the opportunity to schedule this as a weekend getaway (with or without the kids!). Regardless, we know you will have outstanding exposure, visibility and interaction with our Convention attendees and their guests. As you no doubt are already aware, the value of the personal contact and name recognition is incalculable. Multiple sponsorship levels are available to promote your brand and showcase new products to Fairfax Bar Association members and guests before attending our Annual Convention. A La Carte Sponsorship Opportunities--Varying Prices
All sponsorships will include: Company listing with a hyperlink to your website on the FBA website and email marketing, and verbal acknowledgement of sponsor’s support throughout the convention.
- Happy Hour Social--$3,000: After a full day of convention sessions, unwind with fellow attendees over drinks at a local hot spot in Cambridge. Sponsorship includes signage with the company logo displayed at event.
- Transportation Sponsor--$1,250: Available sponsorship for shuttle services Saturday evening. Sponsorship includes signage with the company logo as well as verbal recognition on the shuttle.
- Convention Registration Bag--$1,000 (SOLD): Received by all convention attendees, the Convention Registration Bag is an exclusive opportunity for building your brand. Logo prominently displayed on convention registration bag.
- Attendee Presentation Folder--$500 (SOLD): Get your branding on the folders included in the convention registration bag.
- Convention Bag Inserts--$300: Opportunity to add a brochure, business card, or other promotional item to the convention bag for all attendees to receive. Items subject to approval.
- Attendee Raffle Prize Sponsor: Sponsor is responsible for gifting raffle prize valued at $100 or more. Company logo will be featured on raffle marketing and packaging.
